Dear K2Dance Community,
Following the Government’s announcements this morning regarding restrictions please note the following operational procedures for classes this week.
At all times the health and safety of our clients, staff and community are our number one priority. The following procedures will be in place in order to follow the COVID-19 safety guidelines and to protect our clients based on regulations set by the WA Government. Please note that these regulations may continue past this period based on Government advice.
MASKS and WA SAFE APP
All parents and caregivers are required to wear masks at all times in the studios (WA Government Requirement). In addition, students 12 and over and K2Dance Staff are required to wear masks at all times (WA Government Requirement). Students under 12 are not required to wear a mask, however, can if they choose to. Classes will be modified in order to account for mask-wearing. If you or your child has a medical exemption from mask-wearing, please email info@k2dance.com.au so we are aware.
All Adults and students over 16, have to sign in with the WA Safe App (preferred method) or with our manual register. There are multiple QR codes placed at the entrance to the studios for singing in. The manual register is located at the entrance to the studios, please sign in here if you are not using the App.
DROP OFF AND PICK-UP TO CLASS
Drop off and pick-up are back to all upstairs in our usual entrance/exit (Level 2, enter via ramp or stairs). However, classes are drop off and go/kiss and run, in order to maintain capacity limits. If this is your child’s first lesson or you have an anxious child, parents can walk their students into class and ensure they are settled, but they cannot wait in the foyer. Foyers are closed for parents/guardians, apart from medical exemptions. With older students, we encourage them to enter on their own.
We look forward to seeing you in class for our last week of Term 2 🥳
