Annual K2Dance Showcase

K2Dance are well-known for their innovative, dynamic and professional Dance concerts produced once annually, held at the Joy Shephard Performing Arts Centre (St Hilda’s Anglican School for Girls – Mosman Park). This series of concerts, are held over a weekend of performances usually in October. This time is chosen deliberately to avoid the end of the School year / December commitments and prevents clashes with Speech Nights, Graduations and School concerts. In addition, the shows are held prior to Year 12 ATAR examinations in order to cater to our students at this time in their lives. The showcases are held over a series of three performances with younger students performing in one show and older students getting a ‘run’ of three performances.  K2Dance concerts are multi-age with students from 2 years to Adult being able to take part, showing the depth and breadth of the K2Dance experience (Level 1 Acrobatics, Tiny Tumblers, Conditioning and Adult classes do not perform in the annual concert). With breathtaking choreography, modern themes and ideas, stunning set, costume, prop and lighting elements the shows are a highlight in our K2Dance calendar.

The 2021 annual concert is entitled X, celebrating 10 years of excellence at K2Dance, and will be held on the weekend of the 16th and 17th of October.
