Dear K2Dance Community,

As you would be aware the WA State Government has just announced a four-day circuit-breaker lockdown of the Perth and Peel regions from midnight tonight (12.01 am Tuesday 29th June). Therefore, K2Dance will be closed from Tuesday 29th June to Friday 2nd July (inclusive) and no classes will run in this period. At present we plan to make up these sessions as in-studio classes on a Saturday afternoon and Sundays in Term 3. As the situation unfolds we will be able to provide specific details on dates and times for these make-up classes. We plan to run them within the school term rather than in the holidays as so many of our families take holiday breaks away and would not be here for the holiday period (restrictions permitting).

At present the lock down is only set till midnight Friday, hence, based on continuing advice we will advise the plan for Saturday classes (Saturday 3rd July). If these classes are unable to be run, they will also be made up in studio, in Term 3.

Lockdowns are hard on our community, they are a time when we need to stay active and mentally healthy. Dance is an incredible emotional, artistic, physical and creative outlet and provides us with a unique opportunity to keep connected. Therefore, we would like to offer our K2Dance community free Zoom Dance classes on Thursday afternoon with Miss Danni Paulus! Specific details of these classes, ages and times will be emailed out to you tomorrow.
