Dear K2Dance Community,
Following today’s WA Government announcements regarding restriction and the transition out of lockdown, K2Dance classes are planned to return on SATURDAY 1ST MAY for Term 2 classes.
Whilst it is still unclear, K2Dance falls under one (or both) of the below categories:
- Community Sport/Recreation Centres (Indoor) – 20 person/client capacity rule would apply to the ENTIRE venue (all 4 studios, foyers, reception etc)
- Indoor Fitness/Gyms – CLOSED
Due to the size of the K2Dance premise and the number of students in classes, it would be very difficult to create a timetable for the 20 person limit. In addition, it would be increasingly difficult to ensure this was fair to all enrolled students as well as ensuring the health and safety of our clients.
Therefore, K2Dance will remain closed for in-person classes for Tuesday 27th – Friday 30th April (inclusive), with the view to return to a full timetable of classes on Saturday 1st May.
We are currently working on a credit program for classes missed and will send detailed information regarding this via email.
We are also currently working on a series of complimentary Zoom classes that will be offered from Wednesday 28th 0 Friday 30th for our 2021 K2Dance students to keep everyone dancing at home.
We wish all our school-age students a pleasant return to School this week and look forward to seeing everyone on Zoom this week, then in the studio from Saturday.
